About Reform ABQ: Personalized Primary Care in Albuquerque, NM

Comprehensive Primary Care for Albuquerque Families

At Reform ABQ, we believe primary care should be thoughtful, accessible, and tailored to the individual—not a one-size-fits-all experience.

As a locally owned primary care clinic in Albuquerque, New Mexico, we provide comprehensive healthcare for infants, children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. Our services include preventive care, annual wellness visits, chronic disease management, same-day sick visits, pediatric primary care, women's health, men's health, medically appropriate hormone evaluation and treatment, weight management, and wellness-focused care.

Every patient has unique health goals, concerns, and life circumstances. That's why we take the time to listen, educate, and develop individualized treatment plans based on current medical evidence. Whether you're establishing care for the first time or managing an ongoing condition, our goal is to provide healthcare that is practical, personalized, and focused on your long-term health.

Why Reform ABQ?

We chose the name Reform because we believe healthcare can be better.

After years of caring for patients across emergency medicine, critical care, long-term care, and primary care settings, we saw too many people waiting weeks for appointments, feeling rushed during visits, and struggling to find a provider who truly understood their health concerns.

We believed our community deserved something different.

For us, reforming healthcare means creating a practice where patients receive the time, education, and individualized care they deserve. It means emphasizing prevention, evidence-based medicine, continuity of care, and helping patients become active participants in their own health.

That philosophy continues to guide every decision we make.

Our Approach to Care

No two patients have the same medical history, lifestyle, family history, or health goals. That's why we don't believe in one-size-fits-all medicine.

Instead, we focus on:

  • Preventive healthcare

  • Early detection and routine screenings

  • Evidence-based management of chronic medical conditions

  • Patient education

  • Shared decision-making

  • Continuity of care

We believe one of the greatest benefits of primary care is seeing the same provider over time. Continuity allows us to better understand your health, recognize changes early, coordinate your care, and help you make informed decisions with confidence.
