 Reform ABQ is a primary care clinic located in the heart of Albuquerque, NM and we believe that health care should be affordable and accessible for everyone. We focus on prevention and wellness. Nurse Manager

Jaileen was born and raised in Las Vegas, NM. She has over 10 years of nursing experience in various settings, LTC/Post-Acute care, dementia, medical-surgical, psychiatric and has served as an Assistant Director of Nursing. During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, she took on the challenge and worked directly with this population. She is proud to provide her community with quality healthcare. 

Breana Padilla is an aesthetician and receptionist for Reform ABQ. She is wearing black scrubs. Her hair is down and has blonde highlights.

Breana was born and raised in Albuquerque, NM. She has been a fully licensed Cosmetologist for seven years. She graduated from the Aveda Institute in 2015. She is a certified Skin Therapist with Alma Opus. Breana is committed to furthering her education and training whenever the opportunity arises; her goal is to be the best Medical Aesthetican professional in New Mexico. Her passion is helping promote a positive body image while helping her clients achieve their beauty goals.

Mariah was born and raised in Albuquerque, NM. She has received her EMT-B from CNM and is currently working towards her nursing degree. She has 4 years of experience in the medical field in emergency and urgent care and is now ready to bring her knowledge and skills to our team. She is passionate and committed to better serving her community and hopes to attain her NP degree while also providing the utmost care to the patients she serves.

Jacqueline Rodgers, MSN, CNP

Nurse Practitioner/Clinic Director

Jacqueline "Jacqui" was born and raised in Albuquerque, NM. She graduated from West Mesa High School, obtained her Bachelors and Masters degrees from Chamberlain University in Jacksonville, FL, and is currently working towards a doctoral degree in Nursing at Chamberlain University. As a registered nurse she specialized in cardiovascular critical care. As a nurse practitioner, she has experience in LTC/Post-Acute Care, Primary Care, and Integrative Medicine.

Michael Lamkin, MSN, CNP

On-Call Nurse Practitioner

Michael Lamkin is a Navy veteran. He is board-certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, TNCC, and Hazmat certified. He has a total combined of 14 years in the healthcare field including Navy hospital Corpsman, Cardiology, Emergency Department, and Multiple Intensive care units including Trauma, Medical-Surgical, Cardiovascular, Step down Neurology, and Poison Control.

Reform ABQ provides primary care, peptide and semaglutide therapy, IV therapy and hormone replacement therapy in Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, Corrales, Placitas, Algodones, Santa Fe, Los Alamos, Carnuel, Sandia Park, Tijeras, Edgewood, Moriarty, San Ysidro, Jemez, Santa Domingo Pueblo, Pecos, Lamy, Bosque Farms, Peralta, Los Lunas, Belen, and Veguita.
