Billye Moffatt brings decades of experience in pediatric and family primary care across outpatient clinics, rural healthcare systems, tribal healthcare organizations, and military medicine. Throughout her career, she has cared for patients ranging from newborns to older adults, with significant experience in pediatric primary care and developmental health.
